Delivery Area

 

We currently deliver exclusively to addresses in the Netherlands. Your order is shipped from one of our warehouses in Germany or France.

 

 

Shipping Options

 

Standard Shipping: free of charge

Delivery time: approximately 4 to 5 business days

 

Insured Express Shipping: 4.95 EUR

Delivery time: approximately 2 to 3 business days

This option includes shipping insurance for your parcel.

 

You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.

 

 

Delivery Times

 

Delivery times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The delivery period begins on the day after your payment is received, or on the day after the contract is concluded if you pay by a method other than prepayment. During peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control, delays may occasionally occur. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible.

 

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link wherever available.

 

 

Damaged or Missing Parcels

 

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report this to the delivery company where possible and contact us as soon as possible at [your email address], ideally with photos. If your parcel has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please get in touch with us and we will take care of it. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

 

 

RETURNS

 

Not happy with your order? No problem. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

 

How to Return an Item

 

1. Send us an email at [your email address] with your order number and the items you would like to return.

2. Pack the items securely, ideally in their original packaging.

3. Send the parcel to the return address we provide.

 

Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as we ship from more than one warehouse and will tell you where to send your parcel.

 

 

Return Costs

 

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days. We use the same payment method you used for your original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them.

 

If you chose Insured Express Shipping, the additional cost of 4.95 EUR will not be refunded, as this exceeds the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

 

 

Condition of Returned Items

 

Please return items unused and in their original condition. Yarn should not be wound, cut or worked, and crochet kits should be complete. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY (WIDERRUFSBELEHRUNG)

 

Right of Withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

 

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

 

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

 

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
